Jennifer L. Morando
Ms. Morando practices in general commercial litigation, with a focus in commercial landlord/tenant disputes and creditor’s rights, including the representation of financial institutions in connection with commercial loan workouts, litigation, and complex bankruptcy issues.
As a student of the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Ms. Morando externed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, for the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann and the Honorable Arthur B. Briskman. Ms. Morando also worked closely with the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar on various projects, including legislative projects and the Business Law Section Journal, and continues to remain an active member of the Business Law Section. Ms. Morando received her bachelor’s degree from the Florida State University, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
Ms. Morando is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern District of Florida. Ms. Morando is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
