Andrea J. Fowler
Ms. Fowler primarily focuses her practice in the areas of lending and real estate acquisition, development and management. She represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential loan transactions, as well as in loan modifications and workouts. Additionally, Ms. Fowler assists developers and individuals in negotiating and closing land sales and acquisitions and in obtaining development permits, approvals and entitlements.
Education
Ms. Fowler graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1996 and is an honorary member of the Order of the
Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in English Literature from Georgetown University in 1993.
Other Areas Of Practice
Ms. Fowler represents both landlords and tenants in connection with lease negotiations and drafting and other aspects of property management. Her experience also includes the representation of developers and managers of timeshares and condominiums assisting with land acquisition, product development and the establishment of property owner association regimes.
