Ashley N. Rosenthal
Mrs. Rosenthal is the managing partner of The Rosenthal Law Firm, P.A., and practices in both commercial litigation and transactional areas. Her primary litigation focus involves the representation of commercial landlords in property management issues and landlord/tenant disputes. Mrs. Rosenthal represents several national corporate shopping center owners, handling all of their landlord/tenant matters at multiple properties throughout the state of Florida. Her other litigation work has included contract disputes, corporate and partnership litigation, enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, and healthcare litigation.
Education
Mrs. Rosenthal is a 2001 honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, where she was a
board member of the Florida Law Review and published “Individual Voir Dire and Pre-Trial Publicity: What has the Florida Supreme Court Done to the Jury-Selection Process?” She also won the Fall 2000 Book Award for Income Taxation of Estates & Trusts. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in mathematics from the University of Florida and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Areas Of Practice
Mrs. Rosenthal’s primary area of practice is representing commercial landlords in their analysis of tenant issues and determining effective strategies in the event of tenant defaults if litigation must be pursued.
Mrs. Rosenthal’s general transactional experience involves corporate formation, corporate operations and governance, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Mrs. Rosenthal also has experience
in representing health care providers and suppliers, including physicians and ambulatory surgery centers in contracting and state licensing issues.
Membership
Mrs. Rosenthal is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Mrs. Rosenthal is also a member of the Orange County chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners in order to connect with other women in the community interested in continuing their careers and advancing their own businesses.
In 2009, Mrs. Rosenthal was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
